Pros & Cons
Pros
Proomega is the brand recommended by my optometrist for dry eyes. The vitamin d is also a plus!
These are the only fish oil pills i have ever tried that do not cause fish burps. They taste good on the way down so it really softens the typically fishy flavor of fish oil supplements. No fishy after taste.
It's not the cheapest product in the market, but i think it's the best value. The product rates well for quality and purity. It is a little pricey, but it’s a very good product.
Cons
The last shipment smells so bad i can't even open the containing without getting the dry heaves. The last 2 shipped are so fishy smelling that i can’t stand to take them. The smell even lingers on my hand after touching them.
The gel tablets were stuck together upon opening. The last bottle i received has some leaking capsules. This is the second time i purchased this product and all the capsules are stuck together and cannot be used.
Highlights

Flavor is good fairly easy to swallow
I’ve been using these for a few years now and don’t plan on stopping

I was happy to find them on amazon for the same price
It is kind of expensive but i was taking mega red for years and found no relief
If my doc hadnt told me to use them i wouldnt because of the price
Shipping
It is so easy to order from amazon rather than go chasing down the other one which was sporadically unavailable
