When i did find one that didn’t have pork it made me feel nauseous and the smelltaste of capsule it self disgusted me

Although a little larger size wish they were half the size i prefer them as i don’t feel any bad taste or smell feeling that one usually gets after taking multivitamins and that is really good in pregnancy when one already is dealing with these issues
