Now im going to share my experiences using this product i give a 4 star because of disadvantage that i dont like first when i brushed my hairs my hand in the handle of this brush it keep pressed to the temperature settings i cant figured out yet if there is any way to keep it stay so when it get hit accidentally it wont change the temperature up or down

This product doesnt even straighten my hair and the letter came out i tried it on somebody else and it doesnt do nothing i really dont recommend it dont waste ur money on it

It heats up more than my iron does which is good for anyone with thicker or curly hair and i didnt have the same issue as other customers did with accidentally pushing the temperature adjust buttons on the side of the handle

However the rubber tips on the bristles caught and pulled on my hair

I did what a consider a quick brush which was brushing my hair at the same speed as i would straighten it and my hair came out very unevenly wavy and even straight in some parts

When i opened the package the brush had dirt on it and the letters are already coming off
