You can easily change the security profile by following the instructions in the booklet

The access point came in a regular box with ap instructions cat5 cable and power adaptor
For the price they work well and are much cheaper than other ideas
Also no competition for band width i am the only 5ghz

It is different than setting up a typical wireless router in that dynamic ip is not enabled by default

You have to configured a computer with a static ip address and then connect the wap to it via ethernet in order to access the setup interface
