It is fully adjustable. Fit perfectly on my tall, lean 13 year old. Im a slim 5'4 guy and this is insane!

The ybs-52 is very sturdy. The plastic hook makes me a tad bit nervous. I have one of these for my bari- has lasted many years.
The padded shoulder straps feel great and you forget they are there. No issues with fitting around my torso or. This shoulder strap setup works perfectly for her. It makes a snug x across your chest.
Cons
The baritone saxophone harness is too small for a female saxophonest. The mouthpiece is too far away from the mouthpiece, making it difficult to play. The hook is made of plastic, and definitely not enough for a heavy instrument like the bari.

I play bari sax and the average neck strap gave me a lot of neck pain this took away all of it soft and convenient great product
I cannot use the thumb pad with the loop
Other than that it seems like a good product
