Pros

The ceramic coating is better than any non-stick skillet i have ever owned. Neoflam is not only cast aluminum, but is also ceramic coated so cleaning is super easy.

They are all phenomenal! The quality is uncompromised and the color is super cute. If you have strong hands and wrists, this pan is really lovely and works like a charm. The size is perfect and the quality is exceptional.

It heats up fast and cooks evenly on medium heat. It holds heat different from other materials. Heats fast. Easy to clean. No teflon toxic release.

Cons

Made some black pepper sauce chicken just now and this pan is gone. Can't even boil water in this without the water sticking.

We tried to contacte neoflam customer service for help and they immediately sent us a replacement handle for free

Used one for popcorn and finally gave it up because it looked pretty nasty
