Cons they chip very easilythe size of potspans available is limited and not all are available in color of choiceif you use a pot rack the hole in handle of the pans is not cylindrical more oblong making it really annoying to grab or replace on the hookthe pots do not sit rigidly on a pot rack hook because they are curvedlids are cumbersome to store in a lid rack because of the size of the handlehave to remember to put the silicone covers on the pot handles before you start to cookcustomer service takes days to get back to you with an answer to a question and the responder is clearly not familiar with the product or very experienced  Read Less
