Pros

Much easier to use than an ace bandage for a quad strain. Wearing this hamstring wrap has helped. My hamstring injury is not severe so i am able to continue my treadmill workouts.

Just needed a little friction to grab onto. A little tough to get it tight enough. Beside this little flaw, it offers a comfort, tight grip.

The velcro straps allow for size adjustment. They stay in place. When playing softball. It is much more comfortable than a compression sleeve.

Cons

This wrap is not conducive for wrap active sports. I also have a mcdavid neoprene sleeve which, in my opinion, was more effective and provided more support.
