Pros
The oven heats frozen pizza's up evenly as well as a in a short period of time. Cleanup is easy and small enough that storage is not a problem. They call the manufacture and within a day nemco sent a new replacement.
Cons
If you are wanting the nemco model that goes up to 700 degrees this is not the model. You cannot immerse it and taking it apart is not recommended.

What i never liked about the old methods was that either the top or the crust came out great but never both
