Pros
It's small, light, comfortable, and secure. It stretches easily to fit around my neck and maintains coolness for a long time. I'm small and my neck is 13” around so this will probably be a snug fit for some.
This neck cooling tube is a lifesaver during hot days. The cooling tube easily conforms to different neck sizes. Works well after it has been chilled in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
While this isn't icy cold, it provides a nice temperature that helps me cool down. It is pliable even when frozen! This is great because while it’s cold, i don’t have to worry about it giving me frostbite.
This is absolutely awesome. Its amazing. Lasts a while.
The plant based liquid inside looks so cool unfrozen. It cools/freezes very quickly so once it warms up it does not take long to cool again.

99 seems to be a reasonable price to keep cool in warm temperatures
99 is very fair and affordable and i think i may purchase a second one so i can swap them out always having a frozen one on hand

It got cool pretty fast after placing it in the refrigerator and even quicker in the freezer
It was freezing out today when my package arrived so this cooling neck band arrived cold

This probably works better and longer than a wet cotton handkerchief around your neck which ive seen some outdoor workers do
Im in texas so they dont last as long as they might elsewhere
