I loved the quality of the diffuser but unfortunately it fell over and the thin glass at the top of the diffuser broke so it was a bust

You dont even have to worry about any kind of burnt smell nor it will not overheat the compressor if you forgot to turn it off just because you fall asleep

All of a sudden my diffuser stopped working i could not figure it out so once again i called zach and he called me right back as when i emailed him about the machine he wanted to speak with me on the phone to see if we could get it fixed
