My initial diffuser had a mechanical glitch and the seller was extremely prompt in their reply with troubleshooting advice ultimately we did an exchange for a new one however the service i received from this seller outweighed an extra few days of waiting for the replacement

As it looks in the pictures it appears the fine mist is diffusing in a stream in a specific direction but it doesnt do that the vapor comes out of the stem area of the cap and not the spout

This can be fixed by using a small silicone grommet or such to seal the stem of the cap it would be nice if the company would make such a piece to fix the problem and the purpose of the directional spout

I dont mind paying for quality but this item is a bit over priced for the end product

They were out of stock on amazon so i found the company website and sent an email
