Pros

It is nice to have good tech support. It is neat to have the ability to send your problems to neat. When i had a cloud problem, neat fixed it for me.

Cons

Every time i turn it on, it now asks me to sign in to initiate sync and i have to hit cancel. Does not work on mac computers without going to a monthly subscription.

Their support is a nightmare. Seems more of a hassle than a help. Time consuming and painful.
