There is a strip of adhesive on all 4 sides you peel of the plastic to reveal the sticky and stays in place

Someone else had recommended attaching the part closest to your child under the table which i completely agree with so they dont find a little edge to grab and try to pull

Super cute graphics and all 4 sides have glue but was a bit tricky to remove the glue covering
