Pros

It keeps the body cold and flu free. No more aches, headache is completely gone, lymph nodes are not as swollen. Works really well, especially during flu season.

Cons

The golden seal product by herb pharm is very diluted and extremely overpriced. It smells so bad, it tastes worse. This tastes soooo bitter i have a hard time swallowing it. This is not a herb.
