Came in a nice cushioned case that securely locks for travel. Also came with a nice carry case and emollient. Included booklet with visual illustrations that i can use to show my patients what i'm working on.

The three holes make super easy to handle even if it has emollient in it. If you have smaller hands the holes help, but the leverage is so much better with the ellipse.

Multiple edges and contours make it very easy to find an angle to work at. It's also a nice solid steel that is easy to feel the texture of the tissue as you are working on it.
