I refuse to even comment on the taste because thats not what this should be about it seems to be a theme on amazon supplement reviews to waste half your review talking about the taste

Hopefully that makes my review more credible than most people who have only used the supplement for a couple days again most reviews on amazon are from people who have only used the supp for a couple days
