Pros

The device is designed to give relief to your back simply by lying down on a curved surface. It comes with a carrying case and a strap to keep it in place. The three adjustable angles allow you to customize the curvature to your specific needs.

Back stretcher is great for stretching your back. Level one, the smallest arch, seems to be the best and most confortable according to the family.

The acupuncture nubs are short and rounded and not annoying. The instructions say to put a towel over it if it bothers you at first.
