There is a slight delay in the audio compared to the video but it is very very small

Just follow the instructions in the brief user manual and make sure the target bluetooth receiver is discoverable and not currently connected to another bluetooth transmitter

It does what it supposed to do but sometimes the signal is being interfered or cut without any changes of position or orientation of the receiver and this transmitter while knowing experiencewise that the same brand of receiver is consistent of any other transmitter of not cutting

Works great on your tv just a little tricky if you have a soundbar connected you have to really play around with the settings to get sound through your bluetooth headphones and have the soundbar mute once you figure that out the sound from your earphones is quite good
