Pros
The included lag bolts are good quality and sink far enough into the stud to fully secure the mount to the wall. You just need to find the stud, you need a drill and thats it. It gives you all the extra hardware you need.

A bit hard to hook the tv part to the wall mount as there is very little room for error so we had to extend everything while we mounted it

I had no idea what i was doing so i did hire someone from taskrabbit to mount it for me

That said the guy basically hung on the arm before putting my tv up to prove it was secure
