I used 14 gauge wire to extend it but i recommend getting something even smaller

I crimped together the wire from the usb charge to a length of 14 gauge wire and i wired the hot wire into the fuse

By that i mean i took out the correct fuse 2nd from the rear most fuse placed the wire into the fuse socket and pressed the fuse back in

I crimped on a u terminal connector you can use a ring too to the ground wire after testing to see which terminal end would work best for my terminal screws and grounded the ground wire to the battery
