Pros & Cons
Pros
It is lower in carbs than sugar and it does not give you that sugar high. Nearly calorie free. Used in exchange for sugar in our toll house cookie batter.
Pure, great tasting birch xylitol. Feel it has a purer, sweeter flavor than typical cane sugar.
Cons
What a mess. At all. Please, please be careful. Cannot use it. For this, prime costs $100 a year.
The granules are larger than sugar in the raw and they do not seem to dissolve in hot coffee or anything hot. I have no allergies to any food and i’m sitting here after the effects of food poisoning for the second time after putting it on popcorn.
Label proclaiming natural and all the other glowing attributes of xylitol. Bag was split. Opened package or not, i hope they are willing to refund my money.
