    Ive only used this for a few days so cant say im seeing overwhelmingly obvious results but somehow the days i have taken it ive noticed better choices in what ive craved or wanted to eat as if its satisfying something to make me want less sugar less junk

    Ive tried it with hot tea but find that it takes best with milk although you have to continually stir it to avoid the clumps at the bottom of the glass
