My cats use this scratching post every day, and my furniture is no longer getting shredded. I'm very satisfied with it and more importantly, so is my cat. Molly and friends cat products are the best!
Molly and friends sisal scratching post is very strong and sturdy. They have two other cardboard scratching posts that lay flat and they use those pretty frequently, but when this stand-up post arrived, they were overjoyed.
Heavy base keeps my chubby norwegian forest cat from tipping it over when he uses it. They are sturdy and tall and do not tip due to sizable base.

I had gone to our local big box pet stores and was very disappointed with the quality of the product for the price
The sisal is thick well attached and the strands are wound tightly togetherno gaps as with the cheaper brands

Everthing that we looked at in the stores was wobbly and not worth the price

I have a 20lb cat and he has not moved this thing one bit
I love that it is so bottomheavy it doesnt tip and the base is wide enough they can sit or lay on it and i have some large 15lb cats
This would be a 5star if it hadnt arrived in the most beat up torn up box ive ever seen from amazon
I bought this in hopes to stop my cat from tearing apart my brandnew sofa

This same model lasted 4 years with the same 2 cats and the only reason it had to be replaced was the rope came undone after 4 years of the cats pulling on it

My only comment would be that the box the post arrived in was awkward and the post wobbled in the box making it difficult to handle the delivery man even commented on it

Id tried spraying the area with multiple deterrents squirting her with water but nothing worked
