Nice book however i would give it 5 stars if they had color pictures for the finished dish versus black and white cheap on their part

My only little quip with this book is that the print version of this book was not in color

Perhaps the only criticism is that it could go into more depth on technical stuff but to be fair this is not the aim of the book you can find that info elsewhere

The only thing i would like better would be that all of the pictures would be in color instead of black and white
