This is because samsung didnt notify them that they had 2 batteries for the note 4 the us version 3220mah and the international version 3000mah

This unit is designed for the international version however the cradle will charge the phone

They offered me two options to compensate for this mistake 1 keep this unit and they will send me a new one designed to charge the us battery within 10 days or 2 receive a refund

Ive given mobilepioneer 4 stars just for the fact that they were professional enough to admit the error offer me an option and told me regardless of my choice i can keep the unit

I dont see this product or any other charging dock cradle available on the web so far this is the only company offering this product for the latest galaxy note 4

Completely useless if you have any kind of a case on your note 4

I tried 3 cases of various thickness and even with the insert removed the contacts wont reach high enough to charge the phone in a case
