To activate it you simply have to get it really wet and then roll it up and snap it 35x is what the instructions say i did 710

Its best to only wring it out enough so its not dripping bc if you wring it out too much it wont get as cold as it should nor will it stay cool as long

I think it works just fine although ive always soaked it with cold water so im not sure how well it actually cools on its own

To get the cooling effect you need to hold the ends in both hands and whip it apart to activate the cooling mechanism

Just wetting the towel does not give that effect it has to be pulled and snapped

Claims that arent true in my opinion1 they claim it can be 30 degree cooler but i didnt feel that way and theres no way to measure that claim as a user
