Note i hear the new apple os sierra removes third party video adapters but as i havent bothered installing sierra i cant comment but worth looking into before making a purchase if you are running the latest os

Its not a dual link dvi adapter though so dont expect it to output native resolutions to monitors like the dell 3008wfp 2560 by 1600

Displayport works directly though at that native resolution on this monitor so no need for this adapter

Otherwise for your typical office monitor circa 24 inch at 1920 by 1200 youll be absolutely fine

Great product works with my mac very well only thing is i can not get volume to work on the tv from using this but i think this is a tv fault and not a fault of this product
