Tried to get a return label. The padding is almost non existent. The feel and warmth are great, but they won't stay in place.

The earmuffs keep his ears warm and stay on while he runs around
Only complaint is the way it is made it can easily fall off if you have a small enough head and you move it around a lot or too fast
