Pros
One pack, a day, provides 5 grams (17% ) fiber intake. Item is always unavailable at stores.
The cinnamon flavored cookies are excellent. The metamucil fiber thins in cinnamon spice and chocolate are very tasty.
Cons
Only received 2of 4 and was billed for 4. Not very happy. This defeats the purpose. All of these gift boxes, 2 different orders, with individually wrapped cookie bars were also compromised.

Metamucil wafers are good source of fiber as described are tasty and work well
Gets the job done and it’s so much easier and tastier than the other solutions
Usually the products that are supposed to help your body in a certain way do not taste as good as others but this here is the exception
Much more portable than the powder and making a shake especially if you’re not a shake person

Very reasonably priced for him and he loves them
Best price for four boxes can be found right here on amazon
It was cheaper to buy them through amazon
Its a little cheaper but still costly imo

So set the packets on the floor and pulverized them with my handydandy jar of peanut butter
They come in a box containing 4 pages which is very convenient
Then i added them to two cups of steel oats 12 cup chia seed one chopped apple and two small cups of packaged fruit
I didn’t receive 4 boxes not a full order i only 1 box
Competitiveness
I have a little routine going similar to lots of others on here
A little expensive but good alternative to psyllium powder shakes all the time
