A properly seasoned pan provides as much non stick as any teflon or ceramic pan. I absolutely recommend this or any other cast iron fry pan.

It is virtually non stick now i never use soap in it just wipe with paper towel after draining excess fat rinsing in hot water and make sure there is a layer of oillard in it when not in use

The eggs bacon and anything else i have cooked in it come out with way more flavour than any other pan

The presentation is a little less appealing especially on eggs a little blackening on the edges etc

The main and only a i got this pan is to make 12inch pan pizza in it to bake in i am sure i will use it for other cooking as of now i use an 8inch cast iron pan that i find very useful
