Pros

The overall sizing and ergonomics are great for my larger hands. The handles of these are much better than the more elegant looking two piece riveted handles. The handle is sturdy and has a decent grip edge to it.

They are razor sharp and only time will tell how well they maintain an edge. My gut feeling is that they are very good. High carbon steel, made in taiwan.

Maintains the sharpness of my knives and it’s easy to use. Of course sharpening every so often. It is easily and by far the sharpest knife i have ever used.



Cons

The blade shows areas of chipping and would not have expected this for a knife that is only 18 months old. This steel is far too smooth. Returned on day of purchase.
