If it had a cut out for the inside of the elbow probably would be better and allowed air to circulate i order new medized gel elbow brace tennis golf brace elbow pain support guard sports gym rsi arthritis relief large but i receive used one and the brace was loose because its been used the seller can not help me anything i dont like keep returning the product so i through it away
