Pros

This product simply and effectively removes washable eye makeup. Oils also help moisturize your lashes. Works great for waterproof mascara remover.

Cons

The only thing that has worked is the neutrogena one. Since you have to really saturate the cotton ball you run out of product very quickly. This is the worst eye makeup remover i’ve ever used.

Also, it is moisturizing but too 'oily' for me. I assume soap, water and a washcloth would have done a better job. This is too oily.

Maybelline has great waterproof mascara, but this stuff is goopy and only removes about half of the eye makeup. Didn't work even on my regular mascara. Very little eyeshadow.
