The chemicals ive exposed it to have been mild driving over it distributed the pressure across the pack and other than the forceps tips nothing is poking directly horizontally across the interior

After searching through the reviews i noticed that some others experienced the same issue but a majority of people had glowing things to say so i requested an exchange for the exact same item

Right away i noticed that the tags attached to the two were different see attached photos the one with the charcoal tag had the properly functioning zipper the one with the yellow tag was the faulty product so my guess is that there was probably a batch of product that suffered from this issue

If the internal contents are full it becomes impossible to remove even a piece of paper from the mesh and velcro front pocket
