A stiffer mixture like choux pastry or creme pattissiere the nozzle eventually invariably ends up going into whatever youre trying to make and the whole set becomes useless as the neck of the bag has stretched

It takes some getting used to and although it goes through a dishwasher its far better dismantled and washed by hand

Cleaning it is not the hardest thing but there are bits that are harder to reach
