Callsound quality is good its not garbled on either end unless you are more than about 6 feet of open space no wallcar in between the head phone and the source the sound gets distorted and you and the person you are talking to end up sounding like an alien to each other

You can double up the volume on here by having it set one level on your phone and then you can adjust the volume on the right ear piece without adjusting the volume on phone

I also had concerns they would hurt my ears as i am sure many of you have found with ear buds and other in ear bluetooth devices they tend hurt after a while
