The cup size is aa, maybe even aaa, and the band size is 28in. The bra is almost 25 inches.

The straps are about 14in, which might be acceptable for a training bra for an eight year old. Far too short to wear as a racer back. Shoulder straps are thin & short to limit adjusting.
