Pros

They are a bit pricey - but they work very well. I love that i can get it on subscribe & save and get it delivered automatically without having to constantly reorder.

It works in helping me fall asleep, so i presume the absorbency is good. No more waking up in the middle of night with leg cramps. Magnesium is very important for sleep and for muscle cramp.

Took 6 one night and slept soundly for over 8 hours. My sleep quality is great and i'm healthier for taking it daily. This is the best and my rls has stopped and i sleep thru the night.

Cons

The color of the powder inside the capsules is now light brownish tinged. The size change is understandable because smaller is better for easier swallowing but for the color to be different, is alarming to me and i want to err on the side of safety. P... Read More
