Pros

The aaa is perfect for medical professionals because you can carry it without sacrificing weight or space. It clips into your whitecoat breast pocket and stays there. You can keep it in your purse or in the glove box in the car.

Good for nighttime work and for checking the pupils of a patient. Outside in the dark the aa is my choice but the aaa will definitely navigate you.

I use rechargeable anyway so there really isn't a need for the alkalines. I prefer to have extra d sized alkalines for my 2d maglite. That way the light stays brighter for a longer time, because nimh batteries have a much flatter discharge curve under... Read More

The quality of this product is horrible. The manufacturing quality is good, but what is it good for with a terrible design quality? Don't buy it. Much too many options and extremely poor marketing.

A replacement just like its origional excellent product just do not drop it overboard it sinks lol

The batteries do corrode and become struck inside the case and impossible to get out

It corroded the inside and you can even see the paint was dissolved

Always a great flashlight but at under 7 bucks an absolute steal

Packaging/appearance

Also avoid keeping the alkaline batteries stored in the flashlight either use the packaging or however you store extra batteries

This is a lot smaller in size than compared to the aa maglite but not smaller in brightness

It is a decently bright light that doubles as a kubotan
