This magnesium is just incredible. My partner is a convert too. I combine these with apigenin and for me it all works brilliantly.
It’s not cheap but i tend to be deficient in magnesium. Consequently my mental health is much better too which helped so much with my anxiety.

To my regret i switched for another brand because price per capsule was cheaper but sleep quality deteriorated

I take it 30 mins before bed and i fall into the deepest sleep and wake up so freshnot sure it helps with anything else but for sleep 100 recommendjust ordered a second bottle

I usually take two capsules i know some people who take only one and some others who take the full 3 capsules
