Needed thermometer and ordered this one. There was a sheet of instructions in spanish and english explaining how to use the thermometer. It emits a clear beep, does what you got it for and comes in a handy clear case. Comes with a few disposable probe... Read More

It retains the last temp reading when you wake it up again. A good thermometer is the first and best tool for monitoring and tracking temperature. We finally got rid of the 25 yr old one we were using.

These are convenient to throw in the car, backpack or diaper bag. Since this thermometer does turn itself off after inactivity, i expect the battery will last a very long time. It alerts you when your time is up.

Cons

Item is defective and not returnable. Consistantly gives errmsg. There is no plastic screen on the outer body which keeps the water out.

The thermistor hardware probably senses that temperature, but the mcu locks out the reading from reaching the lcd. The instructions are impossible to understand and it was made with no sense of being user friendly.

That being said i was able to get this on nextday delivery while i am sick

The wait time on this is much longer than my old one which is annoying

It came wellpackaged and has a plastic storage box for inbetween usage

Comes in a nice clear plastic protective case and disposable covers are available for it if you desire to purchase them

May be out dated compared to all the newer ones that are out there
