Great product at an affordable price point. I'm no chemist, but it sure seems to work for me. I can and will recommend time and time again.
Lyteshow is just what is needed (and all that is needed) when dehydration is a concern. It keeps me hydrated and gives me more energy. When you're fasting, hydration is that much more important!
The bottles appear to be reusable. There is even a small travel container they send with the orders for convenience. On my 3rd bottle, and so far no complaints.
Cons

The taste is way off. According to everything i read, y’all promote this as flavorless, but that’s not true. Buoy is a far superior product, tastes great and really works. The flavor is abysmal.
