The smell is what got me and my hair after it dries is soft and fluffy. I have very thick curly hair and this is the only shampoo that works for me.

They are in the shampoo and conditioner business they should know to keep cap on the bottle and tape the pump to the side of the bottle not put the pump on the bottle mail it in the unlocked position and have a plastic bag that doesnt go all the way to the top incase it leaks

It wasnt broken and cap was screwed on

Seller had taped it but tape was off because the seeped out shampoo caused the tape to slough off
