My venue was over 3 years old beyond the warranty and it had developed a crack in the phase button

I contacted baggs and the service rep told me that even though it was beyond warranty the button should not have failed

I would have given this product five stars if the tuner stomp function was 100 reliable which it isnt

The tuner issue i mentioned is the following about 15 of the time which is way too often when i stomp the mutetuner switch the signal indeed mutes but the tuner does not light up and engage
