Pros & Cons
Pros
The beef sticks are lightly seasoned and not too salty. Nice and greasy with a hint of jalapeño. Somewhat like a deli stick, a nice/satisfying character.
The larissa’s sticks are soooo good! They taste great and are at least twice the size of a regular slim jim. Only downfall is the casing is a little tough. The only drawback is that they are a little on the pricey side.
Cons
A lot of fat this brand leaves in. There is a thick greasy liquid that flows out of these whenever you eat one. I give it a total zero. This is the most disgusting jerky that i've ever tasted.
Highlights

These taste so good very fresh quality surpasses slim jim’s etc by far
The use of grassfed beef adds an extra layer of quality to these sticks
Grass fed no nitrates and low almost none sugar is very important
They have fantastic heat that obviously comes from real jalapeno peppers which are mixed in
Price
I have been looking for a reasonably priced beef stick and this is the best tasting of the bunch
Hopefully the price doesn’t keep increasing though otherwise i won’t be able to repurchase
