Pros

You definitely need a phillips head screwdriver to get it tight. The nuts are not pre-attached to the screw openings so have some needle-nosed pliers handy to hold the nut while you fully tighten the screw.

This thing is well made & very, very sturdy. Its sturdy and the rollers are smooth.

Cart mobility is smooth and not jerky. This cart is very sturdy and very spacious.

It is so great i am going to purchase another one. It is very versatile. It's also very attractive, which is always a plus for us women.

It's very cheap looking and not very sturdy. One of the panels appears to have a slight dent in it as well. It has definite flaws.

The instructions are horrible. Exchanging it for another would probably result in the same poorly made product. No way to reach the seller to ask questions.
