Pros
It runs true to size. I wear a size 14=16 misses us and this in xxl has room but looks great slightly oversized.
There were no tight spots for me anywhere with this blouse. There was no dreaded button gap. I wore it basically just how it is pictured. It's a casual shirt and looks great with pants and skirts.
The sleeves are cute and puffy with an elastic at the end to keep them up. I do like the old fashion blouse design which goes wonderfully with jeans or leggings. The fabric is rather heavy, so it needs a belt to cinch it in.

I got a mud pawprint on it after an excited puppy dog jumped on me and it was really easy to get the stain out

I am not usually a fan of elastic cuffs but this one is okay as long as you dont wear a long sleeve shirt underneath

The cuffs reach just a bit past my elbow but put a long sleeve shirt underneath and its too tight

This is not your lightweight cotton shirt it is a work shirt and definitely a heavierweight shirt than normal

I accidentally ordered an xl instead of a small so i cant comment on the accuracy of the fit for now but can confirm what one reviewer stated that if you order it too big it looks a little like a painters smock
