Have had it for about 4 years and its still going strong just not compatible with the newer version logitech devices connectabilty
And so i am being very careful with the two of these that i own purchased for 40 each about 10 years ago
Price
The device is certainly 5 or 6 stars but the price was extreme due to the fact that logitech doesnt make it anymore
Price is high but worth every single penny
Shipping
00 shipping which is outrageous but its business i guess
Packaging/appearance
But over time the software was not updated and i had to switch to the elecom deft pro
Im bummed its discontinued but happy i was able to fix the left button by opening it up and cleaning out the muck

This trackball is different from all of the others including elecom deft pro which is close but still missing the exact button placement in the layout that i will attempt to describethis unit is designed so that the ball can be controlled by the middle fingerring finger simultaneously as operating other buttons using the scroll buttonwheel with the index finger from a top mouselike position performing rightclicks with the ring finger flush with the right side of the ball and the left click being controlled by the sideways thumb button

What you see in pictures is the shape it came in

It is a middle finger trackball meaning you roll the ball with your middle fingerwhich gives you access to scroll wheel with the outdated software it allows for better options which suits gaming better then logitech optionsbut no profiles sadly and sadly you change battery you have to resync
