There are mittens like this where the you can cover or uncover all four fingers at once but the problem with those is that when it is cold i want the majority of my fingers to be covered while retaining the ability to shuffle through paperwork

As it stands when you stick your fingerthumb through the hole the remainder of that part of the glove kind of sticks out and can get in the way of things

You might be able to solve this by purchasing a few tiny magnets and super glueing them to the fingerthumb but i have yet to try this
